We find the real pattern(s), beneath the talk of history, symptoms, and goals.
You’ll tell me what you came in with — the block, the ceiling, the thing that keeps showing up no matter how hard you’ve tried to work or think your way past it. This is when I get to listen and ask you questions to pinpoint what’s actually going on. I’m locating the exact thoughts, beliefs, memories, or images from imagination that are triggering, how many separate patterns are actually in play (it’s rarely just one), and how they’re stacked on top of each other. Most people are surprised to learn the thing they thought was “the issue” is actually pattern #3 of 4.

If you book a Breakthrough or package within 7 days of your Pattern Mapping Session, the full $333 is credited off the invoice for that next offer. The credit is single-use and expires after the 7-day window. After that, the session stands fully on its own, and the Pattern Map is still yours to keep.
I select 1–3 of the four available Amen Clinics screening assessments (ADD Type, Anxiety/Depression Type, Memory/Dementia Risk, Hormone Health) based on what comes up in our session. Not every assessment is relevant for every client. You’ll complete the selected ones on your own time afterward (typically 20–40 minutes total), and I integrate the results into your Pattern Map.
No. They’re screening instruments. These research-backed tools, developed by Amen Clinics, help me select the most precise modalities for your specific brain type and pattern profile. They’re informational, not diagnostic. If your results indicate that medical follow-up would be beneficial, I’ll name that explicitly in your Pattern Map.
Even more reason to map it. Sixteen years of practice has taught me that what clients arrive thinking they need to work on is usually downstream of a pattern they haven’t been conscious of. Most people are surprised to learn the thing they thought was the issue is actually pattern #3 of 4. This is where we find the actual root, and where we both see whether the tools I use are the right ones to move it.
Then I’ll tell you directly, recommend a practitioner from my referral network who’s a better fit, and you still keep the Pattern Map I prepared. The work isn’t wasted. You’d leave with a clearer picture of what you’re navigating and a warm referral to someone who can help.
Sometimes, yes. But the session is intentionally calibrated to locate and map rather than to complete a transformation. The act of being clinically seen and having a pattern accurately named can move things in unexpected ways. I make no promises about that. What I do promise is the mapping, the technique fit-test, the screenings, and the Pattern Map document.
